What is Health Coaching?

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Sarah Perry, and I’m excited to guide you on your health and wellness journey.

I earned my nutritionist certificate from American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) and my health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I studied holistic health, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, along with cutting-edge coaching techniques, personal development, and goal-setting. With this diverse knowledge, I understand that everyone is multidimensional and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to optimal health. But together, we’ll discover your path to feeling truly good.

In my coaching practice, I focus on self-care through boundary setting, daily movement, and eating whole foods that work for your body. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their health goals and find balance in life. My approach is unique and comprehensive, empowering clients to lose weight, enhance their overall well-being, and build sustainable, healthy habits to — you guessed it — feel good!

I’ve walked my own path toward wellness, challenging old habits and mindsets to heal and grow. My goal is to inspire you to embark on your own journey of transformation.
